One item was opened to determine that it was the wrong one for our printer the other one was untouched new in the box. Both of them were still brand new one was in an unopened box one was in an open box still in the plastic never used you can clearly see. I've sold them before just couldn't remember the company I went through last time but it's obviously wasn't this crappy company you guys are complete ripoffs.

We only accept OEM cartridges in sealed boxes, since an opened box can’t be resold as new, even if the cartridge inside was never used. This is listed on our website, but we understand it can be easy to miss. Both cartridges you sent arrived opened, so we weren’t able to accept them.
